Zeeland campaign 1940 - may 1940

Debris and deserted vehicles along a road in Brabant leading towards the Zeeuws-Vlaanderen area. The Dutch and French troops hastily evacuated this area on the 14th and 15th of May, when the German SS men chased them off with only one or two battalions of infantry and a handful of light and medium armoured cars. Although the French had about 50 medium tanks in the direct vicinity of this battlefield, they quickly retreated southwards.
