Casemate at Mook - may 1940
A close-up of the loop-hole of casemate S-115 at Mook. Clearly visible are three 88 mm rounds that hit the weak-point of the structure around the loop-hole. Probably a fourth one ripped the left corner of the armour plate apart. The ferro-concrete structure around the entire loop-hole area is hammered to pieces by numerous direct hits. Two of the occupants got killed from this German artillery punishment.
