Approaching Waalhaven AFB - may 1940
A most impressive photo taken from a Ju-52 transporter in descent towards Waalhaven AFB. The Waalhaven itself [name of the harbour] is clearly visible, but particulary the many white dots to the right hand - which are in fact parachutes of the landed airbornes - are curious items in this scene.
